I Might Just Revive This Site
This website has been dormant for a long time. I originally started it a few decades ago — perhaps tow-and-a-half decades at this point — to chronicle various outdoor activities, largely based around backpacking and cross-country skiing and similar. But my interests then evolved more toward photography. (see my photography website at gdanmitchell.com for daily photographs, articles, and more). A few years back I decided to put this site on hold.
But my interest in those general outdoor subjects has not diminished, and sometimes I feel like I should share some of those ideas here. Let’s see what happens!
