***Here’s a boring weblog entry
– I took an urban hike today on the Los Gatos Creek trail, rather than going somewhere more interesting and rural. Seems like everyone was out enjoying the springtime sun. Ironically, I think I saw almost as many wildflowers on this walk as I saw on my Almaden Quicksilver hike yesterday.
***Shasta climb scheduled for the end of the month
over the Memorial Day weekend. I’m 0 or 2 on Shasta; the first time my 12-year-old son decided not to go above Helen Lake (and who would blame him!) and last year my climbing partner injured his foot. Now all I have to do is somehow get in shape in the next month!
